RIFMA Keynote Speaker

Michael J. Taylor, P.E., CFM

Michael Taylor is a Water Resources Engineer with Watershed Concepts in Atlanta, Georgia.  Michael is a Project Manager for Alabama and Kentucky at RMC 4.  He also works on the FEMA Region IV ID/IQ Contract.  Michael is a member of the Georgia Association of Floodplain Management and a Certified Floodplain Manager.    

In 2006, Michael was selected to be a member of The Climate Project.  Last December, he was trained by Al Gore to give the presentation shown in the movie, An Inconvenient Truth.
